Privacy Policy

Overview

We use what you send us to arrange the estimate you asked for and pass it to one contractor who serves your area. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising, and we keep it only as long as it's useful for your request.

Details you give us

• Your name and phone number, and email if you add it.
• Where the work would be done.
• The service selected and your description of the project.

Technical data

Our hosting provider logs standard technical data when pages load, such as the page, time, browser, approximate location and referring page. We count button clicks and form submissions to see which pages help visitors. No advertising trackers are used.

How we use your details

To contact you about your request, arrange the estimate, pass the request to the contractor and confirm later that you were contacted. We look at anonymous totals, such as requests per city, to improve the site. We don't send marketing messages.

If something about a request goes wrong, such as a missed call-back, we may contact you to make it right.

Who sees them

One independent contractor serving your area receives your name, phone number, location and project description. Service providers that host the site, deliver form emails and route our mail handle data only to provide those services.

We don't sell, rent or trade your details, and we don't pass them to marketing companies, lead brokers or other contractors.

Retention

We keep requests for up to two years to follow up and answer questions about past work, then delete them unless the law requires otherwise.

Test entries made while checking that the site works are marked as tests and deleted.

Security

The site and its forms use encrypted connections, and requests are stored with our hosting provider with access limited to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we keep only what a request needs.

If we ever learn of a problem affecting your information, we will tell you promptly.

Cookies

We use cookie-free analytics from our host to count visits. We don't use advertising cookies or retargeting pixels. The site may store a small preference in your browser, which you can clear at any time.

Your choices and contact

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Changes to this policy will update the date above. Write to info@northrichlandhillsconcreteco.com with any privacy question.

Links and third parties

The site may link to public resources such as city pages. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy doesn't cover. We don't share your request with them.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging work on their property. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
